You will be working 1:1 with a child with complex needs in the morning, and then supporting children in Key Stage 1 and 2 with speech, language, and communication needs in the afternoon.

• Previous and recent experience of working with children with SEND in a school environment

- Have a good understanding of how the fundamentals of reading, writing and maths develop in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2

- Good literacy and numeracy skills

- Ability to use own initiative

- The ability to build rapport with young learners
